Upon completion of your course and post-test you'll receive your credential as a Dignity Model Certified Provider (DMCP).
Training Events & Q/A Sessions
Join your fellow DMCPs for regular training events and question/answer sessions. These are not open to the public but only to DMCPs. Replays are available on-demand if you can't attend live.
Private DMCP Community
You'll have access to join your fellow DMCPs in the Dignity Care Circle community on our private Facebook page for Q/As, discussions, referrals, support, share resources, and inspiration.
